An efficient flame retardant was prepared by hybridizing the main elements of silicon and phosphorus and interfacial treatment with special additives. It was applied to silicone rubber and was suitable for various curing systems in silicone. The thermal decomposition temperature is 300-320°C, and the recommended amount is about 25%, and the hardness of 60A silicone rubber reaches 2mm flame retardant V0.
